Meet Kristen Morton - Principal Consultant


I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy and delivery. Leading organizations through the kind of change that doesn't show up in a framework deck, but does show up in how teams work, how decisions get made, and whether initiatives actually land.My background spans insurance, financial services, and enterprise SaaS, with deep experience in legacy modernization, operating model design, and portfolio management. Early in my career I worked directly with Scott Ambler and Associates, where many of today's Agile and iterative delivery frameworks were developed and field-tested.
